  • Is this company trustworthy?
    Our company works with only well-trained housekeepers. We always make sure each of our workers is highly experienced in the cleaning sector. Everyone is personally interviewed and coached before employment.
  • What payment methods do we accept?
    When ordering an appointment from our company you’ll be able to pay us in two methods. We accept cash payment after the work is completed and we also accept bank transfer to our account maximum one day before your booked date. Feel free to call us and more information will be provided to you.
  • Do I need any preliminary preparation before my appointment?
    Defrosting your refrigerator at least a day before the appointment is recommended for cleaning it. We would also add finding a place to take your pet during the cleaning because sometimes our instruments bother your lovely animals.
  • Are there any extra charges for booking an appointment and it falls on the weekend?
    Holidays and weekends do not change our prices. We’re well informed that some situations happen unexpectedly and are sometimes irrevocable so we’re always ready to help you.
  • Is there extra charge for cleaning equipment
    To be sure they are effective we work only with products we provide by ourselves. We have invested in powerful tools amd materials which can easily make every stain vanish. Everything we use is environmentally friendly and safe for children and pets. We do not overcharge for equipment!
  • Can I leave the house while the cleaning takes place?
    It’s all up to you. We understand some customers want to stay there during cleaning but it is absolutely fine if you leave your house, go to the store or on a walk with your pet. We guarantee all our cleaners are well behaved and know how to respect your privacy.
